Showbox SoDo is an 1,800-capacity concert hall in Seattle's SoDo district, a few blocks south of Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park. Housed in a converted 1935 warehouse of exposed brick and wood beams, it opened under the Showbox name in 2007 as the larger sibling of the Showbox at the Market. Channel Tres is a Compton artist whose baritone-voiced fusion of house, funk and West Coast rap on tracks like Topdown created a lane entirely his own.
