Underground Arts is a live-music and arts venue beneath the Wolf Building at 1200 Callowhill Street in Philadelphia's Callowhill district, Pennsylvania. Spanning around 12,000 square feet with two adjoining rooms and a capacity of roughly 650, it stages touring and local bands alongside theatre, film and visual-art events. Cabaret Voltaire are Sheffield industrial-electronic pioneers whose tape-loop experiments from 1973 onward laid groundwork for techno and EBM; the project continues under founder Richard H. Kirk's legacy.
