The Echo Lounge & Music Hall is a live-music venue in the Design District of Dallas, Texas, opened in 2021 by AEG Presents with local partners including Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban. It takes its name from the original Echo Lounge in Atlanta and presents touring rock, indie and hip-hop acts. Built to Spill are an American indie rock band formed in Boise, Idaho in 1992, built around singer and guitarist Doug Martsch — the band's only permanent member, who originally intended the line-up to keep changing.
