The Opera House is a 950-capacity music venue at 735 Queen Street East, east of downtown Toronto in the Riverdale neighbourhood. It opened in 1905 as the La Plaza Theatre, kept that name as a cinema until the 1960s and traded under several others afterwards, and is one of the city's most historic performing venues. Its room holds 680 on the main floor and 270 in the balcony. Brian Fallon is an American singer, guitarist and songwriter, born in 1980 in Red Bank, New Jersey, best known as the frontman of The Gaslight Anthem, which he has fronted since 2006.
