The Mercedes-Benz Amphitheater is an 8,410-capacity outdoor amphitheatre on the banks of the Black Warrior River in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The largest outdoor venue in West Alabama, it sits minutes from the University of Alabama campus and hosts touring concerts as well as the city's Fourth of July celebration. Breaking Benjamin are a Pennsylvania hard-rock band led by Benjamin Burnley, whose brooding radio staples The Diary of Jane and Breath drove multi-platinum albums.
