The Crystal Ballroom is a live-music and events space on the upper floor of the Somerville Theatre, a 1914 landmark in Davis Square, Somerville, Massachusetts. Restored from a former dance hall, it hosts touring and local acts alongside the building's historic cinema. Allah-Las are a Los Angeles band whose sun-faded 60s garage-pop — honed while several members worked at Amoeba Records — fills albums like their 2012 self-titled debut.
