The Koussevitzky Music Shed is the principal open-air concert pavilion at Tanglewood, the summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra in the Berkshire Hills near Lenox, Massachusetts. Tanglewood has hosted the orchestra's summer festival since 1937, alongside jazz and popular artists such as James Taylor and John Williams. Alabama Shakes are a soul-rock band from Athens, Alabama fronted by Brittany Howard's volcanic voice; Boys & Girls and the Grammy-winning Sound & Color made them one of the great modern live acts.
