From the Proms to Adele, its 5,000-plus seats under the glass dome remain British music's most prestigious address. 10cc are an English art-pop band formed in Stockport in 1972, masters of studio craft behind I'm Not in Love, Dreadlock Holiday and Rubber Bullets.
