Watershed is a South African pop rock band founded in Johannesburg in 1998 and fronted by Craig Warren Hinds on lead vocals, piano and acoustic guitar, alongside Paul McIver, Howard Combrink, Gideon Botes and Quintin Askes. Their signature tune is "Indigo Girl", from 2002, which travelled further than most South African singles when a German radio DJ heard it while on holiday in the country and played it on air back home; the band toured Germany in 2010 as part of the Rock Kick Off tour. "Fine Way" turned up in a Wimpy advert in 2004. Their albums include the platinum In the Meantime and Mosaic, the gold Wrapped in Stone and Staring at the Ceiling, and Elephant In The Room in 2021.
