Venjent

Venjent is the alias of Vincent Welch, an English electronic and drum and bass artist from London who blends drum and bass, techno and house into a distinctive style. He is widely known for a series of viral short tracks that turn everyday sounds into energetic bangers, among them 'Open the Door', 'Unmask Your Emotions' and 'Create Machines', building a YouTube channel of more than 900,000 subscribers and, by late 2023, over 200,000 monthly Spotify listeners. His credits reach back further than the memes: he co-produced tracks on The Prodigy's 2015 album The Day Is My Enemy and scored the 2020 horror film The Owners, and he was previously a member of the band Never Not Nothing. That high-energy, sample-driven sound has since carried him from viral clips onto the live electronic stage.
