Turnstile are an American band from Baltimore, Maryland, formed in 2010 out of the city's hardcore scene before broadening into a sound that folds alternative rock, funk and pop into their aggressive foundation. Fronted by Brendan Yates, they broke through with 2021's Glow On, which drew three Grammy nominations, and followed it with Never Enough in 2025, a top-ten record in five countries that earned five more nominations. In February 2026 the band won Grammy Awards for Best Metal Performance and Best Rock Album. Tracks such as 'Mystery', 'Holiday' and 'Never Enough' have widened their audience well beyond hardcore. Touring steadily since 2013, Turnstile are renowned for kinetic, physically charged live shows that have made them one of the genre's biggest festival draws.
