About
Tide Lines are a four-piece folk pop band formed in the Scottish Highlands in 2016: Robert Robertson on vocals and guitar, Alasdair Turner on electric guitar and bagpipes, Ross Wilson on keyboard and Fergus Munro on drums. Their debut single Far Side of the World arrived that first summer and has become their signature song, and the album that followed, Dreams We Never Lost, mixed English and Gaelic songs. Eye of the Storm debuted at number 12 on the Official UK Album Charts in 2020 and topped the Scottish and independent charts; An Ocean Full of Islands came in 2023 and Glasgow Love Story, a UK number 11, in 2025. A live album, 10, followed in 2026, and the band mark ten years with a one-off show at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow on 19 September 2026.
