Three Days Grace are a Canadian rock band from Norwood, Ontario, formed in 1997 from an earlier group called Groundswell and now based in Toronto. Trading in hard-hitting post-grunge and alternative metal, they broke through with their 2003 self-titled debut and 2006's One-X, certified triple- and five-times platinum in the US respectively. Anthems "I Hate Everything About You" and "Animal I Have Become" have each surpassed a billion Spotify streams, and the band holds 20 number-one songs on Billboard's Mainstream Rock chart. Founding singer Adam Gontier rejoined in 2024, and 2025's Alienation extended a catalogue of eight studio albums. Seasoned arena and festival headliners, Three Days Grace launched their Alienation Tour in 2026.
