About
The Devil Wears Prada is an American metalcore band from Dayton, Ohio, formed in 2005 and named after the novel of the same title — a choice the band explains as an anti-materialistic mindset, and one made before the film appeared. At one time known as a Christian metalcore band, the current line-up is Mike Hranica (vocals), Jeremy DePoyster (rhythm guitar), Kyle Sipress (lead guitar), Jonathan Gering (keyboards) and Giuseppe Capolupo (drums). With Roots Above and Branches Below reached No. 11 on the Billboard 200 in 2009; the band signed to Solid State Records in 2018, and Flowers, released in November 2025, is the ninth of their studio albums. Their first UK headlining tour was announced in December 2025.
