Robert Marc Lehmann

Robert Marc Lehmann was born in Jena on 7 February 1983 and is a German marine biologist, photographer and cameraman, conservationist, YouTuber and author. He took his Abitur in Jena, then read biology at the University of Kiel in zoology and marine biology, graduating in 2009 with a thesis on the European crayfish. He worked at the Helmholtz Centre for Ocean Research Kiel alongside his studies and qualified as a research diver, going out on expeditions in that role, and he worked at the Ozeaneum Stralsund, which records him as a team leader from 1 December 2008 to 30 November 2009.
