President are an anonymous English rock band formed in 2025, blending metalcore with electronica. They had released no music and were entirely unknown until they were announced to play that year's Download Festival, which set off speculation about their identity. Revolver described the frontman, the eponymous President, as silver-haired, wearing an eerie, not-quite-lifelike mask etched with deep wrinkles and radiating wax-figure unease. Their debut EP, King of Terrors, arrived in 2025; the first studio album, Blood of Your Empire, is set for release on 4 September.
