Papa Jack Couch

Papa Jack Couch is a songwriter whose songs run from the dirt tracks of south Georgia to the waterways of Belgium. He crossed paths with Gram Parsons and Johnny Cash early on, then set music aside for decades to provide for his wife Anne and their three sons. Late in life, alone, he returned to it on the Eddie's Attic open mic stage, and began recording with the players who became the Standard Electric Band; they have made four albums. After almost three years in Europe as a producer and missionary, he is back writing and performing. Ashley Prince opens.
