OK Go are an American rock band formed in Chicago in 1998 and later based in Los Angeles, comprising Damian Kulash, Tim Nordwind, Dan Konopka and Andy Ross. Working in a bright, hook-led vein of alternative and power pop, they are best known for elaborate, single-take music videos built on practical effects and optical illusions. The treadmill-dancing clip for 'Here It Goes Again' won the 2007 Grammy for Best Music Video, while 'This Too Shall Pass' featured a giant Rube Goldberg machine and 'Upside Down & Inside Out' was filmed in microgravity. Signature songs include 'Get Over It' and 'A Million Ways'. Their live shows fold that same choreographed invention into the performance.
