Nish Kumar is a British stand-up comedian, presenter and podcaster, born in Tooting in 1985 and raised in Croydon. He read English with history at Durham University, where he met Tom Neenan and performed with him as the double act Gentlemen of Leisure in the Durham Revue. He has worked solo since 2013, held a guest spot on Josh Widdicombe's Radio X show presenting "Nishipedia", and became a regular co-host of The Bugle podcast in 2016. He is best known for hosting The Mash Report, and has also presented Newsjack, Joel & Nish vs The World and The News Quiz. Since May 2023 he has co-hosted the political podcast Pod Save the UK.
