About
Naïka, born Victoria Naika Richard in Miami in 1995, is an American singer-songwriter of French-Haitian heritage whose self-described "world pop" blends French, African, Caribbean and pop, soul and R&B influences. A self-styled "third culture kid," she grew up across Guadeloupe, Vanuatu, Kenya, Paris and South Africa, and sings in French, Haitian Creole and English. A graduate of Berklee College of Music, she signed with Capitol Records after her 2017 song "Ride" gathered millions of Spotify streams, and her 2020 cover of "Don't Rush" drew tens of millions of views on TikTok. She released her debut album Eclesia in February 2026. On stage her multilingual, globe-spanning repertoire translates into warm, culturally layered live sets built around that cross-continental identity.
