Mike Wozniak

Michael James Wozniak, born on 8 November 1979, is a British comedian, writer, actor and former medical doctor. He was born in Oxford and raised in Portsmouth, has a twin sister and Polish and Welsh ancestry, went to Portsmouth Grammar School, and studied medicine at St George's, University of London before working as a doctor for several years. He did live sketch comedy from the late 1990s and turned to stand-up in 2007, winning the Amused Moose Laugh-Off at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2008. He plays the strait-laced financial adviser Brian in the Channel 4 sitcom Man Down, wrote the physical comedy Ruby Robinson for Sky Arts in 2015, and came second in the eleventh series of Taskmaster.
