Machine Girl, sometimes styled machin3gir1, is an American electronic project created on Long Island in 2012 by Matt Stephenson, who also works as DJ Chaotic Ugly. It became a duo in 2015 when Stephenson recruited the percussionist Sean Kelly to play live drums, and Lucy Caputi joined in 2024 as live guitarist and an official member. In 2022 the project composed the original soundtrack for the video game Neon White, released in two parts — "The Wicked Heart" and "The Burn That Cures" — tied to the game's scenario.
