Lord Huron are an American indie rock band based in Los Angeles, founded in 2010 by Ben Schneider as a solo project that grew into a full group. Schneider, joined by Mark Barry, Miguel Briseño and Tom Renaud, took the name from Lake Huron, which he visited during a Michigan childhood. The band's cinematic blend of indie folk, rock and psychedelia runs through albums including Lonesome Dreams, Strange Trails and Vide Noir. Their song 'The Night We Met' became a breakout hit after featuring in the Netflix series 13 Reasons Why, reaching 11-times platinum certification. Known for atmospheric, story-driven shows, Lord Huron have toured widely and opened for artists such as Kacey Musgraves.
