Letters to Cleo are an American alternative rock band from Boston, formed in 1990 by the guitarist Greg McKenna and the singer Kay Hanley and originally called Rebecca Lulu. They are best known for "Here & Now", the 1994 single from their debut album Aurora Gory Alice, which topped the Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart and reached 56 on the Hot 100. The band has also counted Michael Eisenstein, Stacy Jones, Scott Riebling and later Tom Polce and Joe Klompus among its members. They broke up in 2000, played a short reunion tour in 2008, and reunited properly in 2016, releasing the EP Back to Nebraska that October.
