Kyle Falconer is a Scottish singer and songwriter from Dundee, best known as the frontman of indie-rock band The View. Born in 1987, he launched a solo career with the 2018 album No Thank You, which topped the Record Store Chart and reached the UK top 40, and has since released No Love Songs for Laura (2021) and The One I Love the Most (2025). A multi-instrumentalist who cites the Beatles, Oasis and the Clash among his influences, he also featured on Mark Ronson's 2010 single "The Bike Song". His songwriting is rooted in the melodic, guitar-driven indie rock that made The View a live favourite, and he carries that raw energy into his solo shows.
