KI/KI is Kiki Wesselo, who grew up in Epe listening to Tiësto and Armin van Buuren, was producing techno at fifteen and moved to Amsterdam at seventeen. Amsterdam's queer club scene made her: one of her first big solo sets was at Spielraum in 2018. She founded the label slash in 2022 and put out Leave It to the Vibe and 5 Mins of Acid through it, sets and records built on trance, acid techno and 1990s rave. In 2025 she became the first woman to win the Dance category at the Edison Awards.
