Karen Dió is a Brazilian singer and songwriter working in punk and alternative rock. She first came to attention fronting the Brazilian rock band Violet Soda, which released a self-titled album before splitting in 2021. She then relocated to the UK to establish a solo career, emerging with the EP 'My World' after a period of reinvention. Her 2023 single 'Sick Ride' went viral, and she has since released music through Hopeless Records and drawn praise from outlets including Kerrang!. A tireless live performer, she has shared stages and tours with acts such as Sum 41, New Found Glory, Limp Bizkit and Avenged Sevenfold, alongside festivals around the world.
