Megadeth, on every North American date — and on the three stadium shows it is a three-band bill, with Anthrax added: Parc Jean-Drapeau in Montreal on 3 September and both Sports Illustrated Stadium nights in Harrison on 5 and 6 September, all ticketed for 6.15pm. The arena and amphitheatre dates that follow are billed as Maiden and Megadeth alone, starting between 7.15pm and 7.20pm.
