Fisher is the Australian house and tech-house producer and DJ Paul Nicholas Fisher, born on the Gold Coast in 1985. A former competitive surfer on the World Surf League Qualifying Series, he moved into music in 2012, first in the duo Cut Snake before going solo. His 2018 single "Losing It" topped the US Dance Club Songs chart and earned a Grammy nomination for Best Dance Recording, and follow-ups such as "You Little Beauty" (2019) and "Atmosphere" (2023, with Kita Alexander) kept him at the front of dance music. Recognised with multiple ARIA nominations and a high placing in DJ Magazine's Top 100 DJs poll, Fisher is best known live for the boisterous, high-energy sets that have made him a festival and club favourite.
