Elzabe Zietsman

Elzabé Zietsman (full name Elzabe Catharina Zietsman, born 20 January 1961 in Bethal) is a South African Afrikaans cabaret singer and actress. She studied drama at Technikon Pretoria and gave her first solo cabaret performance at After Dark in Pretoria in 1989, becoming one of South Africa's most popular cabaret performers. Notable shows written for her include Nataniël's one-woman cabaret 'In Glass' (1995) and 'Schwartz and Zietsman' (1998) with André Schwartz. She is also well known for playing Kaye Knobel in the M-Net soap opera 'Egoli: Place of Gold', and released her first album in 1999.
