Disgusting Sisters are a British-French pop band built around real-life siblings Julianna and Joséphine Hopkins, raised between the UK and France. Their music collides emo-tinged angst with club-ready electronics and sharp, narrative songwriting, and the name is a flipped nod to the 'Disgusting Brothers' of the television series Succession. The duo arrived with the single 'Killing It' in November 2024 and went on to announce a debut album, Skin & Blisters. Early momentum has come as much from the stage as the studio: they have played festivals including Reading and Leeds, Left of the Dial and Pitchfork Paris, and toured supporting Two Door Cinema Club, quickly earning a name as a chaotic, high-energy live act.
