About

Catch Your Breath are an American rock band based in Austin, Texas, founded in 2017 and made up of vocalist Josh Mowery, guitarist Teddy Herrera, bassist Cianan Madigan and drummer Onell Hernandez. Their debut single "Burn" appeared that year, and the breakthrough came in 2022 with "Shame on Me" and "Dial Tone" — the latter debuting on Sirius XM Octane radio and reaching number 7 on Billboard's Hot Hard Rock chart. Signed to Thriller Records in 2022, the band released its debut studio album, also called Shame on Me and produced by Curt Martin, in October 2023, and has toured with Falling in Reverse. A second album, Not Broken Enough, followed in 2026.
