Cascada are a German dance act formed in Bonn in 2004 by singer Natalie Horler with producers DJ Manian and Yanou. Working in Eurodance and "hands up" styles, they broke through with the 2006 single "Everytime We Touch," whose parent album spent twenty-four weeks in the UK Top 40 and peaked at number two. "Evacuate the Dancefloor" went one better, debuting at number one on the UK singles chart in 2009. The trio recorded together until 2021, after which Horler has carried the project forward, releasing the album Studio 24 in 2024. Cascada represented Germany at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2013. A fixture on club and festival stages, they have toured widely, including an opening run for Britney Spears, and remain an active live draw.
