Cardinal Black are a Welsh rock band from South Wales, built around vocalist Tom Hollister, guitarist Chris Buck and drummer Adam Roberts. Formed in 2010, they fuse rock, blues, soul and gospel into a guitar-driven sound anchored by Buck's playing and Hollister's expressive vocals. After an early spell that drew attention from Steve Winwood and a stint working with manager Alan Niven, the members pursued separate projects before regrouping, and their debut single 'Tell Me How It Feels' topped iTunes and Amazon rock charts. Their album 'Midnight At The Valencia', a mix of blues, rock and Americana, arrived in 2025. On stage they have grown a devoted following, selling out shows in Cardiff and making a strong US debut.
