Black Veil Brides are an American rock band formed in Cincinnati, Ohio, in 2006 and now based in Los Angeles, fronted by singer Andy Biersack. Drawing on hard rock, metalcore and 1980s glam metal, they pair anthemic songs with heavy theatrical imagery inspired by acts like Kiss and Mötley Crüe. Their debut We Stitch These Wounds (2010) reached number 36 on the Billboard 200, and later albums include Wretched and Divine: The Story of the Wild Ones (2013) and The Phantom Tomorrow (2021). The band won Best New Artist at Revolver's 2011 Golden Gods Awards and multiple Kerrang! Awards. A staple of festivals including Warped Tour and Download, they are known for energetic, high-drama live shows and a fiercely loyal fanbase.
