About

Angie Aparo is a singer, songwriter and recording artist who wrote Faith Hill's hit "Cry". He has appeared on stage and on record with, or had songs recorded by, Tim McGraw, Edwin McCain, Miley Cyrus, Matchbox20 and Faith Hill; McGraw's 2012 album Emotional Traffic includes two of his co-writes, "The One" and "Only Human". In April 2016 a torn carotid artery caused a stroke that left him unable to speak or remember his songs, and he returned to the stage later that year with two sold-out shows at Eddie's Attic. In February 2018 he released the album Life Is a Flower, Life Is a Gun.
