Andriette Norman

Andriëtte Norman (born 17 October 1986 in Brackenfell, Western Cape) is a South African Afrikaans pop singer. She rose to prominence as runner-up of the 2007 season of Idols South Africa, from which she released the single 'Love Is All Around'. Her debut album, Diamant, followed in 2008 and won a Vonk award for Best Contemporary Female album. She has since released Dink Aan My (2009), Vat My Hoër (2011), Wat Rym Met Liefde (2013), which earned a 2014 Ghoema award, and Pêrel vir 'n Kroon (2015). After many years on a local label, she now performs as an independent artist.
