Alexisonfire — pronounced “Alexis on Fire” — are a Canadian post-hardcore band formed in St. Catharines, Ontario, in 2001: Dallas Green on vocals, rhythm guitar and keyboards, Wade MacNeil on lead guitar and vocals, George Pettit on vocals, Chris Steele on bass and Jordan Hastings on drums. Their self-titled 2002 debut and its breakthrough single “Pulmonary Archery” found them an audience; Watch Out! in 2004 brought commercial success in Canada, and Crisis in 2006 debuted at number one on the Canadian Albums Chart. All of their albums are certified gold or platinum in Canada. They disbanded in 2011, reformed in 2015, and released Otherness in 2022.
