3Quency are an American girl group formed in 2025 on the Netflix competition series Building the Band, made up of Brianna Mazzola, Nori Moore and Wennely Quezada. Their sound leans on turn-of-the-century R&B laced with hip-hop attitude and big pop hooks. After closing the show with Chloe Bailey's 'Have Mercy' and Mariah Carey's 'Always Be My Baby', they were crowned the winning group and took the series' $500,000 prize. The trio signed with Sony Music and Columbia Records in August 2025 and released their debut single, 'Top Down', the following month, following it with 'Telephone' in March 2026. Newly formed but fast-moving, 3Quency have already toured across more than a dozen US states, building their live reputation city by city.
