2Slimey is the stage name of Sergio Garcia, a Mexican-American rapper born in 2006 in Oklahoma and raised in Midwest City, outside Oklahoma City. He broke through in 2024 when a snippet of his track "Shrimp" went viral, and has since built a following around a deliberately abrasive, avant-rap sound — off-kilter rhythms, hyperpop-adjacent drums and deep-fried distortion that critics have likened to noise music. He released the album SsoMe in 2024 and High Anxiety in 2025, with a deluxe edition, More Anxiety, following in 2026. Co-signed by Lil Uzi Vert, North West and PlaqueBoyMax, he landed on Complex's 100 Hottest Rappers list in 2026. A polarizing figure, 2Slimey turns internet-native chaos into an unpredictable live presence.
